Dominic White has more than 30 years' experience building, scaling, governing and exiting businesses across listed markets, asset management, private equity, infrastructure and technology-enabled platforms. He has raised, deployed or governed more than €3bn of capital, led IPOs and reverse takeovers, restructured listed companies and built investment management platforms.
Today he builds vertically integrated platform companies in energy optimisation, longevity and music technology, each designed AI-native from the first day.
Dominic has sailed around the world with his family. The voyage taught the same disciplines the work needs: long-term thinking, resilience, clear decisions under pressure and a team that pulls in one direction.

02 Method
Every business I back is built AI-native, around a recursive learning loop. Every action produces data, the data trains the models, and the models make the next action better. The longer it runs, the smarter it gets. That accumulated intelligence is the moat, and it cannot be bought.
Human judgement sets the direction. The loop runs and improves the operation. I don't bolt tools onto old workflows; I build the workflow around the intelligence.
I back a small number of platforms and build each one as a vertically integrated stack: strategy, structure, governance and early execution first, then independent management and board-level oversight as it scales.
